Set in historic Lambertville, this abandoned home built in the 1800s has original stone walls nearly 24” in thickness and a series of additions added over time. Aside from the historic shell, the home has extensive water damage and structural issues, presenting the opportunity to reimagine and preserve the structure. AVC Studios prepared schematic floor plans and renderings to show the stone shell could be infilled to create a large great room, mudroom, 2 guest bedrooms, and a large master suite on the upper level.

Rendering of a open-concept living and dining area with a stone accent wall, large windows, and exposed beams. A woman with a dog sits on a beige sofa, while a man stands by a round dining table in the background.
Rendering of a modern kitchen with exposed beams, historic stone wall, white oak cabinets, and a large central island with seating. Minimalist decor, including a vase with a green plant and a bowl of apples.
